Terms of Use

GENERAL RULES:

Mostly the obvious.
This is Pay-To-Use artwork. NO SHARING, at all, ever. Anyone who would be caught sharing them would be immediately banned and license revoked.
Images must be purchased by the person using it.

We do license exchange. If you see an image here you would like exchanged, just contact me with your information on where you got the tube and the receipt when you purchased it.

If you are banned from Rebel-Dezigns for any reason, your license number is automatically revoked. No questions asked.

Tubes may not be printed in any way, shape or form. They are for online/digital use only, unless further arrangements are made.
This does not include Printable Commissions.

Tubes may not be sold or bartered or used for profit or commercial use in any way.
This does not include Commercial Commissions.

Tubes size may not be increased to make a bigger tube. Tube size may not be increased to create a “close-up” image.

All creations using tubes must have the copyright symbol, full name of the artist and artist website plus your license number clearly visible. You may not place a copyright symbol with your name on or around the image. You can use phrases such as “tag by, creation by, etc” as your tagging mark. Please credit your creations like this:

If using a scrap kit, credit is not necessary on a tag.
If you are making a blog layout or email stationary, please credit as follows:
Scrap by giZZy - http://www.rebel-dezigns.com
The URL must be clickable.

Stock photography may be used with tubes. You must credit the photographer.
background by ‘photographer name’

Scrap kits by other designers may be credited as follows:
Scrap by ‘scrapper name’
DO NOT put the scrapper’s URL on tags created using the artwork of René Kunert.

NO BLANK TAGS.
Name or snag phrase must be prominent on every creation.
This includes blog layouts, email stationary, and wallpaper creations.

The integrity of the images must remain intact in all creations.

Do not mix artists or companies. Artwork from this site may not be mixed with the artwork from any other website and/or company.

You MAY recolor images from René Kunert.
You MAY animated images from René Kunert.
You MAY change any image to grayscale or monotone.
I have one exception. DO NOT change the color of skin.

You MAY NOT add pieces of clothing, accessories, items in the hands, etc. to the original art.
You MAY NOT use any artwork from this site for obscene, defamatory, or immoral work.

Rebel Dezigns reserves the right to amend this TOU at any time without prior notice.

Rebel Dezigns has the right to rise lawsuits against any third-party individuals or organizations for infringement of this TOU.
