let me put in my 2¢ & pee-pee off gizzy

the indians of south america, of central north america & the inuit of the north have many things in common - but they have one BIG difference

the south american tribes & the inuit have legends & stories about those who lived in their lands before then - those who they displaced. north american indian tribes who's land claims hinge on pre-eminence are curiously quiet on this.

regardless of our heritage - our forefathers killed & stole to get what they later claimed was theirs by right. we ALL OF US have blood on our hands if we look back far enough... and most of us - if we look enough generations back, were slaves. but i have a roof over my head and shoes on my feet - so i am a happy camper

mind you it DOES pee-pee me off that EVERY home where the occupants are on government assistance have satellite dishes outside!

@ spiv - That is my point lol It happens. And it will continue to happen LONG after we are gone. I was just giving a prominent example.

@ Hella - Most of the illegals do not want to live and become part of the society. They work here, save the money up under the floorboards of the trailer that 50 of them all rent together and then send that money back home to their families. Then when the time comes and they end up getting deported or whatever, they are pretty much set and it doesn't matter.

It is the exact same way with a lot of the Turkish in Germany.

lol Like I said, I am not condoning the act at all! I hate the way people will do that... But it does happen, and there is not a whole lot the "little people" can do about it. The government is the only real ones that can do anything. And it seems that they all have this "but how can you make them leave? The poor people" attitude...

Yeah I gotta say our government has gotten WAY to soft. Actually I think that is what my grandma's husbands brother and his wife actually did. because in South America, in Uruguay, it is REALLY cheap to live. So yeah I guess that is how it is everywhere, not just here

Im going to add a couple of points here......

You are all right and you are all justified in complaining...

I must stand firm in my belief here though, if you want to make the country you are in your country, come in, make yourself at home and learn the bloody language and participate in what this/that country offers... DO NOT try to make it like your own country back home...

You move to a country to enjoy what it has to offer, not change it.
